This is a really great add-on, the only thing it is missing for me is the ability to add a secondary set of figure, table, and equation cross-reference labels/numberings so you can have, for example Figure 1 in one place in the document and Figure S1 in your “supplementary information” elsewhere in the document so you can link to it and keep numbering consistent.
