Scroll bar missing from menu for long/many figure captions

The scroll bar is missing for long figure captions, so it is impossible to cite later figures

You can scroll using mouse wheel or touch pad.
But it is not working on few systems. We will fix this ASAP.

mine is one of them, no possibility to scroll in any way
