If you change the language to ‘Italian’ and then try to ‘Add figure caption’ the caption will always start with: 'Figure X: ’ but the correct italian translation would be ‘Figura X:’

Ok, we will fix this soon, in the mean time workaround would be to find and replace those words with proper words when the final document is complete.
