Equation Cross reference and Numbering

This is so needed. You’ve done the hard work I think for numbering captions and figures, but in many ways referencing numbered equations in a technical document is even more important.

I may have 10 figures in my document, but I can end up with 50 or 100 equations, many of which need to be referenced and numbered. How hard would it be to provide this facility?

Is your code open sourced so I could add it, or can this be hacked from the current table or figure cross reference functionality?

We are already working on this feature and its almost complete. We will launch it soon.
