Great plugin, and it seems to work when it comes to keeping it in google docs. When download it as a docx or a pdf file, the hyperlinks to external URLs work. However, the internal references (like a reference in a paragraph to table 1, using an internal hyperlink, or a link internal to the document) does not work. The color is preserved, but it si not longer a live link in either pdf or docx. Is there a fix for this, or is this the intended behavior?
